EPA’s largest campus located in Durham, NC. Achuti LLC was tasked with removing and re-caulking of exterior joints on several buildings, roof access penetrations and windows. The project added various point up and re-seal options to ensure each building was properly repaired. The project was conducted in multiple phases and included a final power wash of each building which gave the buildings a refreshed new look.
