Achuti LLC was selected to perform this Design Build project by the GSA. Century station is a Historic structure and the 144 year old masonry joints were failing and allowing water protrusion. Our design team conceived a plan to remove and replace almost all of the original masonry joints. Color match was achieved and approved by the end user and our team began working on the building in phases. The project is ongoing but Achuti has scored excellent on it's progress CPARS report. A total building gutter replacement and roof repair was added to the project by the customer.
